New Album Review: Drake "Dark Lane Demo Tapes"

The King is Back
Iconic music maker Drake shocked the world when he dropped "Dark Lane Demo Tapes" last Friday. Considered a mixtape, this project features songs that allow Drake to experiment with different styles. With songs like "War" and "Demons" you see him experiment with UK and NY Drill cadences and production. On "Toose Slide" you get a dance song complete with instructions from the grammy award winning artist.
With songs like "Chicago Freestyle" & "Losses" he takes you back to the "Nothing was the Same" formula using dark samples mixed with catchy lyrics. Drizzy keeps the club rocking with songs like "Landed" & "D4L". For those who prefer the R&B side of Champagne Papi he gave you "Not You Too" and "Time Flies".
You have features like Chris Brown, Future, Young Thug, Playboi Carti, Fivio Foreign, Giveon and Sosa Geek. Amazing production from Axl, Cardo, D. Hill, Elyas, Foreign Teck, JB Made It, June James, MexikoDro, 40, Noel Cadastre, OZ, Pi'erre Bourne, Plain Pat, Roxx, Sevn Thomas & Southside.
The album is on course to sale 230-255,000 in it's first week with 18-23,000 being traditional sales. Drake created a playlist on youtube so you can listen to the entire album check it out
