Chaka Zulu Charged With Disturbing The Peace With Murder In Atlanta

Longtime Manager of Ludacris and co owner of Disturbing Tha Peace Records Chaka Zulu finds himself in a bit of hot water. If you recall back in June Chaka was shot in front of a Buckhead restaurant in a Peachtree Hills shopping center early Monday morning.

Well it turns out that incident has led to the music exec's arrest ! Yes you read that right the label owner is now charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of Firearm during a commission of a Felony and Simple Battery according to WBTV Atlanta.

Zulu who's real name is Ahmed Obafemi was one of three people shot that night leaving 23 year old Artez Benton dead. Benton was a GA native who attended Druid Hills High School and had just graduated with a Degree in Business. Benton's family say "Tez was a great kid who did everything right".

Now it seems the police believe Chaka is the shooter of the bullet that hit the victim. Chaka Turned himself in September 13th and bonded out the same day.
